Application Period

  • Non-UC Davis students must submit a Summer Sessions Application.
  • Current UC Davis students who were enrolled in the Spring 2017 quarter do not need to submit an application. Your registration appointment will be automatically assigned. However, if you are graduating in June 2017 and want to attend Summer Sessions, you will need to submit an application.

  • 2017 Summer Session registration appointments will be available on April 24.
  • Registration appointments are held May 1-May 5. Appointments are valid for a 4-hour window.
  • Open hour registration will be available after your registration appointment from 8:00 p.m. to 12 midnight.
  • Open registration starts on May 6, M-F 6:00 a.m. to 12 midnight & Sat/Sun 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • The ability to wait list for classes will be available throughout registration.

Only UC Davis undergraduate students who are attending another UC campus need to submit an application.

Billing

Student bills are generated by the Student Accounting Office and only available online using MyBill for enrolled students. No bills are mailed. New account activity affecting your registration fees after these deadlines may be viewed on the Account Activity page on MyBill between billing statements.

Late Fee

A $110 late fee will be added to the student account if full fee payment was not received by the Student Fee Payment Deadline, or if students enroll for the first time after the Student Fee Payment Deadline.  This fee will be assessed to the student account after registration fees have been paid in full.
